Natural Horsemanship

Learn to partner with a horse through love, language, and supportive leadership.

Natural horsemanship is a movement in the horse world that has many expressions. At it’s core, it is an evolution between horse and human from co-dependence (we need each other) into interdependence (we support each other).

What you will experience on a deeper level:

  • Language of the body
  • Energy control
  • Wisdom of the herd (cooperation)
  • Clarity in communication
  • The art of supportive leadership in body, mind, and soul

I offer level 1 & 2 Natural Horsemanship training for children ages 6+ to adults. Natural horsemanship is a loose rein riding style that helps develop partnership between rider and horse. It is neither traditional English nor Western, but somewhere in between.

Graduates will be trail-ride ready and can choose to move on to higher levels of horsemanship in any number of directions (i.e. liberty (tackless), dressage, eventing, endurance riding, etc).
