Developing a daily meditation practice in isolation can be a difficult proposition. Like exercise or good diet, meditation is one of those “things we all wish we could do” daily. Even when these wellness activities prove themselves, through direct experience, to make us feel fantastic, turning them into a daily practice requires a level of discipline that few of us find easy.
The Daily Meditation Circle (a.k.a. the #DMC) is a private membership group for meditators who want to work together to achieve this powerful daily habit and maintain it for the rest of our lives.
